About the event
*NEW RULES*. If you cancel two scrambles in a row and you sign up for a third scramble, you will be removed from the active list and placed on the waitlist. It doesn’t matter the reason why. If you do not show up to play without canceling online or calling the day of the Scramble You will be placed on the waitlist the next time you sign up. To register a non-member guest, you will have to contact the coordinator so they can be placed on a waitlist. Members have priority.
Registration cancellations will be accepted up to the day of the Scramble.
Cancellation Policy:
If you’re going to cancel prior to the event date, please do so on the website. To cancel on the day of the event call or text Alan Johnathan, Cell 631-495-5180. If the scramble is canceled you will receive a text message on your cellphone and it will be posted, at least one (1) hour prior to the 8:30 arrival time.
